mammography

report of mammoography

dense breast parenchyma noted in upper aspect,
no evidence of pathological microcalcification
skin,subcutaneous fat .nipple areas normal
retromammary area and axilla normal
sonomammogram correlation done which showd central fibro adenotic changes bilaterrilly.
no evidence of significant axillary lymph nodes

IMPRESSION
.BENIGN BREAST CHANGE NOTED BILATERALLY
needs clinical correlation

can u please explain the above result ,,is there any chance of breast cancer..what medication and treatetment needed? pls giv a reply,,thanking you

There is absolutely nothing in the report that would indicate the possibility of breast cancer. Everything you listed says BENIGN .... I'm not quite sure I understand what you would question about this report and there certainly would be no treatment or medication for a benign finding. this means everything is within normal limits.
