metatastic breast cancer

i have had metatastic breast cancer for 3 years controlled by hormonal treatments. now non responsive to them. any new trails or drugs to hold this off?

You need to elaborate more about your disease , type and site. Where has the metastasis occurred to?

You also need to tell us what medications and dosage were you on?

How were you following up the response to treatment and how frequently did you see your doctor.

It would be best in any case to discuss the possible options with your oncologist.

He / she would be the best person to advise you about the best possible options in your specific case.

You might wish to go to the English breast care cancer site, where many women with bc secondaries post about their current chemo treatments for mets. It is breastcancercare.org.uk , which is a charity and very active with all bc problems. The women are caring, intelligent and very up to date with treatments/meds for bc mets. Don't give up hope - there are many new drugs available now.
