So, night sweats could be a cold, flu, or just a very bad case of nerves.
That in itself is not indicative of cancer. However, if you have a lump and a biopsy is performed, and they say it's cancerous, then it's cancer. See my other note to you about getting a biopsy or at least another opinion.
Please don't think that just because your sis had breast cancer that you do, too. One outcome doesn't mean yours is the same. Now, having someone so close to you die from breast cancer means you need to be super attentive to things and be your own advocate about your health care.
I do hope you have a better path, not all of us have taken that path even with a fight on our hands. Just keep yourself in check, find a good doc for you, and just be mindful.
