multiple breast cancers reoccurences

I am looking for someone who has had multiple metastatic reoccurences and how they have dealt with this physically and emotionally. Have you had second opinions and what chemotherapy regiments have you used. Also, if you have used Adriamycin/Cytoxin with neulasta, has the neulasta had a delayed onset to  begin working; therefore you become neutropenic at the beginning the the cycle?
