hi i was diagnosed with breast cancer in may 2006 at the age of 36, ihad a double mastectomy followed by a course of chemotherapy, the following year i had my ovaries removed which now im on a early menopause. But im still in great discomfort across my chest and suffer with chest infections, could this be due to the chemotherapy, or the scar tissue. many thanks.

Dear mazzy231:  It would be unusual for the symptoms you describe to be related to chemotherapy, especially this far out.  If you are still having discomfort and infections, this should be discussed with the surgeon who knows the procedures that were done and can relate them to your situation now.
