my nipples look weird! -pictures available

im an 18 yrold girl and my nipples are bothering me. ive seen nipples of other girls & theyre not like this. scary nipples but the left 1 is scarier. (both have weird black spots that keep comin back.) my left nipple has more of this black stuff. i remove it by slowly rubbing damp cotton bud but it returns. it's not easy to remove bcoz the nipple "stands up" frequentl (esp. when i'm taking a bath or sometimes for no reason) andthen the crust-likestuff that are in the middle go up too. it looks like the "crusts" want to come out of the nipple, like theyll fall out but they're connected to the nipple's flesh. once wen i was taking a bath, 1 crust was falling out. i was so scared, i pushed it back with my palm & for some reason it went in. ive been reading about weird nipples, paget's dsiease of nipple & breast cancer. im so scared. im just 18... we're not rich to pay for medicines/surgery... ishowed my mom but she said it's normal but i see other women have normal nipples. what do u think? cud it be cancer or sumthing? btw i've had these for around 3 years already (at least 3, but im sure when i first was growing my breasts, my nipples didnt look like this yet). if it's a symptom of breast cancer or sumthing, shouldnt i be dead by now? thank u so much in advance.........

I could only imagine what you are going through. I am a praying young woman and so I pray for you that all will work out. I have issues with my breast as well. I have been leaking blood from one of my nipples. Go figure. If isn't enough being a woman already.

I have crusty near black spots (I thought they were moles) on my areolas. I went to a dermatologist and she told me there was nothing to worry about. She even said that they could be rubbed off. I have rubbed most of the crusty stuff off occassionally but it always come back. Mine came up when I was much older than you. To make you feel better you should see a doctor though.
