nail damage due to chemo

My mom is in the middle of her chemo for the first time and her nails are starting to raise up on the tips. doses anyone have any suggestion on what to do with the nails they are painful at times.

Hi,

What medications is she on? You should see to it that she has a balanced diet schedule and also replaces any deficiencies with supplements - including vitamin and mineral supplements.

If the symptoms still persist, she could try some hot fomentation.

Also, review with your oncologist about this.

Let us know if you have any other doubts and keep us posted on how she is doing.
