need a good answer here

I had my son in 1983, at this time I had several tender reddened areas on my breast with red streaks running. doctor put me on an antibiotic, although he did not personally see me.  This problem continued for about 6 months or longer.  The areas I can best descibe reminded me of waht boils may appear like, as many times there would be like a pustule area in the center. In 1989 I got the gutts up to see a dermatologist due to the fact that I have had some scarring in these areas, plus the montgomery glands are enlarged, and seems to be filled with a white substance.  But not only this but I have noticed several small black heads over my breast tissue.  The pores on my breast seem rather large to boot as well.  Now I am 39 and I am still very bothered with my appearance.  I have questuioned several doctors about it, to not be able to get a direct answer.  I am about to go see another dermatologist, as I would like to decrease some of my problems, as it has effected my sexuality as well with my husband.  So tell me am I wasting my time, and just need to deal with this.  Furthermore does anyone else out there have this problem.  Before kids I looked normal!!!

Dear Rival, Having a dermatologist evaluate the possibility of a treatable skin condition makes sense, but there may not be any resolution to the scarring that may have developed unless you consulted a plastic surgeon.  There are many variations in the look of a woman
