needle like pain under the breats.

from last night im getting a needle like pain under my left breast. i am 27yrs old. it is the 3rd day of my period also. my periods are regular but the cycle lenghth is about 32 to 35 days, and they last for not more than 3 days. i drink 2-3 of cups of tea everyday.
i have been married for about 4 yrs but dont have kids yet.

please advise if i need to see a doctor.
