negitive and postive pregnancy results

I have trouble carrying children..so when i miss my peiord I always take a pregnancy test. I took one yesterday and it came out positive. The line was really faint. Then later that night I took another and it came out negative. What should I do? Should I take another in like 2 days or go to the dr? I don't wanna be disappointed. PLEASE HELP

I would go to the dr. It wouldn't hurt to at least go and see what they find out. I'm having a terrible time right now. I already have a 2 1/2 year old daughter who I love with all my heart. Well now I am 23 days late for my period. I have taken 2 HPT's, both that turned out negative. Went to the dr this morning and yet another negative. I am on birth control pills, and ever since having my daughter my period is ALWAYS regular. Even if it is late it's at the most 5 or 6 days late. Not 23. They told me that if I don't have my period by next week to come in again. I am only 24 years old and a constant worrier, I don't know what's wrong with me! Any suggestions/comments?
