new results on my mammo & u/s

i had my mammo & u/s done these are the results can you pls tell me what it all means i dont think its that bad but i dont kno.
mammo diag,bilat,digital
    mild asymmetry of the glandular elements in the upper outer quadrants.no suspicious mass. a few lymph node and benign calcifications. similar findings were noted previously 2009.

  u/s bilateral breast
    1cm sizrd lymph nolde at the axillary tail of the right breast.well defined outer margin the rest of the right breast nd left breast appear unremarkable without a discernible mass or cyst
           benign lymph node at the axillary tail of right breast...

Dear annie37, The mammogram does not report anything suspicious, and the findings are similar to the 2009 mammogram, nothing that would be of concern based on this report.  The ultrasound report also is without anything of concern.
