hello i'm 16 years old and like i have like 2 boobs but then i have 2 extra little niples what does this mean i'm very worried?and i feel embrassed when i go 2 the doctor and i don't what the niples how can i take them off?

Do not even think about how to take them off !!!! Go to your Dr. and ask about this ... there is no way that we can be sure of what you are talking about ... something like this needs to be examined by your Dr. There is no reason to be embarrassed about anything when you are talking to your Dr.
