nipple discharge??

Well basically...I am 15, and started the pill after an abortion (microgynon 30). I have been on it for about 6 months. But the last 2 or 3 months I have had a whiteish nipple discharge coming out of both my breasts, which only occours when I have (the seven day break) of not taking the pill.
Is this due to the pill and shall I stop taking it?
Or is there something wrong with me? :(

Have you noticed any abnormal features on breast self examination like a breast lump, skin changes, etc?

Some nipple discharge is common , when the nipples are squeezed or when a breast examination is done. Also pain in the breast region and some discharge from the nipples can occur due to hormonal fluctuations as during menstrual periods or when taking oral contraceptive or other hormonal pills.

It would be best to wait and see if the discharge subsides.

You should wear lose clothes, and take some OTC painkillers if the pain is too much.
Try some warm compresses and breast massage and see if it helps with your symptoms.

If the symptoms are still persistent after a few days, you need to consult your physician and get a clinical evaluation done. Also consult with your OBG about the medications and whether you need to continue it.
