nipple leakage

I am 34 years old and i have had my tubes tied for 13 years and my breast have been sore and .I have had leakage in both my breast for two weeks

Usually nipple discharge isn't cause for concern unless it is from one breast, without stimulation (squeezing) and bloody. Soreness in the breasts is often due to the variation in hormone levels in the body or the formation of cysts in the breast. If you are terribly concerned I would suggest that you see your personal Physician for a clinical breast exam and any other testing that may be appropriate. If it involved only one breast I would say it might be a problem with the milk ducts but in both breasts this would be less likely. Regards .....
