as an outside observer of your comment, I do not feel that sense of danger myself about your slightly inverted nipple. But, I do very much think you should schedule an appointment with your doctor sooner rather than later. There may be some relationship to the hypothyroidism, although I don't think most doctors would say so, but I also have hypothyroidism and there seems to be very littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys these hormonal irregulation cannot do or cause symptoms off.
And after having spent a couple of years on this forum, I have heard more than once about there possibly being a relationship.
I have no idea what this is, and how your nipple normally has been and acted, but my intuitive sense is that this is not something cancerous at this point but please have it checked out as I can totally understand your concern, and that by itself is urgent to treat and hopefully get some answers to.
