nipple tich/abnormal dischage

on my right breast, my nipple starting itching horribly about 2 weeks ago. when I apply pressure as in milking it, i noticed it leaks a discolored-blk/greenish dishcharge, along with an off clear drainage also, it  has become sensitive, It also hurts/burns. Breast is now tender.

Eczema or allergy is most often to blame for itchy nipples.A steroid cream from your doctor/dermatologist can usually stop the itch.Also a fungal infection could cause itch, pain and a burning sensation.

Nipple discharge is rarely a sign of breast cancer, but it might be indicative of an underlying condition that requires treatment.Not all discharge is white,clear or milky.Sometimes completely normal discharge can be a yellow, green, blue, or black color. Take care to avoid nipple stimulation( including frequent checks for discharge) because it can actually make the discharge persist.The only time nipple discharge is alarming,is when fluid comes out spontaneously and is bloody.
Having said what could be the possible causes of these benign symptoms,you really should consult a physician or a dermatologist for an exam,as there is also a rare possibility that these symptoms could be an indication of "Paget disease" of the nipple.
I don't think,from what you describe ,that this is what you have,but you need to make sure of that, especially if the condition spreads to the areola and does not clear up with medication prescribed by your doctor.
