nipple

I am a white 23 year old male wit no prior problem but epilepsy ..the tip of one of my nipples is really pale and has 3 bumps around the edges of it what could this be????

Hi Adam,
How are you doing today? Let me give a brief overview of the male nipple. The hyperpigmented region is called the areola which usually has hair around it while the central conical structure is called the nipple.  There are several sebaceous glands around the nipple and at times these may get blocked leading to the bumps that you describe.
However I guess these are not producing any symptoms as such and should subside in 4-6 weeks. However if you do develop pain or discharge from the nipple please see your family physician or a dermatologist.
