nipples bleeding and swelling after bm

I had a nipple sparing bm on 12/8. I had 4 drains removed 4 days ago. today I noticed a 2" indentation and then a 3" line of swelling under the rt. side. It could have been where the drain was, though I'm not sure. My drains were all draining les than 15 ml a day when they were removed.Also, when i got out of the shower today the nipple on the right side was bleeding..it does have scabbing after the bm, on both nipples, but is bleeding ok?
