I think I might have Pagent's Cancer, I have checked with my doctor who gave me some cortizone cream to apply, which did not help. There seems to be a pimple like item on my left breast, which make my nipple look deformed, it does NOT ooze anything out but I have to squeeze it to relieve the pressure that builds up in it and a white pastey like stuff comes out, it burns and itches a lot of the time. WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT THIS? WHICH TYPE OF DOCTOR SHOULD I GO SEE? WHAT TEST SHOULD I INSIST ON HAVING DONE? As I said my normal MD told me to apply cream to it, and I understand it is most always mis-diagonosed.

I think you should make an appointment with a Breast Surgeon if Pagets is suspected. If this is something "on" the nipple rather than the nipple itself it might be something a Dermatologist could treat. With Pagets the nipple is crusty or scaly and often there is a palpable lump. A biopsy of the nipple would be required to diagnose Pagets to an absolute certainty. I'd make an appointment with a Surgeon first and go from there.     Regards ....
