Many conditions can produce breast lumps and very few instances of these symptoms are due to breast cancer,especially when pain is involved.
The best way to know for sure is to see your doctor so you can find out what this lump represents.
A mammogram or an Ultrasound will reveal if this lump is a cyst, a fibroadenoma, ( both benign ) or something more serious.
Please have the doctor examine you to be on the safe side...
