Hi,

Take some OTC pain relief medications for the pain. You need to see your doctor or breast specialist at the earliest.

Go to the ER if the pain is too much and does not respond to warm compresses and local application of analgesic creams and OTC pain relief medications.

Let us know if you have any doubts and keep us posted on how you are doing and what your doctor has advised.

Hope this helps.

Good luck.
