pimple on the center of nipple

Hi,
I have a pimple in the center of my right nipple. at first it was itchy, then suddenly a mole is coming out. I talk to a doctor and said that i take warm compress. After two weeks its gone. Then, just a two weeks again, it came our again and its more bigger than the usual.
And now, its like it has a white thing inside of the mole.

What should i do? Should i go to the doctor again?

Hi,
First of all, this is not at all related to breast cancer. Sometimes a little cyst or pimple can form on the areola or nipple, like on any other part of the body..
The nipples contains glands like the skin of the face. If the pores get clogged it can become infected and manifest as pimple. You should not touch or try to squeeze the pimple, just keep the area clean, apply warm compresses and Neosporin and see if it goes away in a week or two like the first one did. If it does not, then you should see your doctor or a dermatologist who can prescribe a medication to prevent future development.
Best wishes....
