pimples

i have pimples on my nipples and i dont know what to do. how do i make them go away?

Hi there.

First of all, you should not touch or try to express these pimples on your nipples as the consequences can really be devastating.  

The nipples contains glands and similar structures just like the skin of the face.  If the pores get clogged and secretions accumulate, this can become infected and manifest as pimple like growths.

I suggest you have this seen by a skin doctor who can prescribe antibiotics, keratolytics, and other medications to prevent future development.
