I have been diagnosed to have fibroadenoma in both breast.
Do I need to have a surgery immediately?
My surgeon told me to decide if I want to have them removed at the same time.
It's already 3cm.

Fibroadenomas are benign breast tumors and can be removed if they are particularly troublesome. They can also be left alone if they are causing you no problems. If you opt for Surgery then I'd have them both done at the same time. Only one time anesthesia and recovery. You might get a second opinion from another Surgeon if you have doubts. Regards ...
