please help me, discharge,pain, itching???

, when i was about 19 yrs old, i started getting pain in my right breast with a brownish/white/yellow discharge,with pain in the armpit, sensitive nipple and dry itchy skin along the side of my breast nearer to my arm side and was peeling skin,  had screening done and they couldnt find anything, then i had a examination and they said the only thing can think it could be is perductal mastits, probably through smoking, wel im now 23 years old with a 5 year old son,  and still get the discharge, pain sensitivity etc on/off since it first started, but a few weeks back, i found out i was pregnant and the caught a viral infection and misscarried a week or so later, since i had the viral infection, my right breast is discharging and i get a pin in the breast and under the armpit, but ive also noticed a few ducts on the nipple are red/pink in colour and i whent to the doctors and she couldnt find any lumps, and you can only notice the discharge and the pink/red colour on nipple when they are errect. i dont understand whats happening and im petrified its cancer, please please help me? thankyou
