I would get a second opinion from a breast cancer specialist. Don't wait around. If it is something, catching it early is very important. I would rather they look at me than an GYN since that is what they specialize in. Call some breast specialists in your area. If you don't have insuarance ask if they would work with you or do they know someone who would. Also the American Cancer Society has info for on how to get financial help for people in who have none. Then have your yearly GYN physical as it is very important.
Thank you for your guidance. I called the American Cancer Society and they are researching this and going to help me through the necessary steps. Due to my insurance they feel that is the reason i cant get answers. So yeahh! a first step to somewhere... thank you
Glad you might get some much needed help. Don't take no for an answer. I am sure the Cancer Society will get you the help you need. And they will help financially. Their are many organizations that will help you. The Susan G. Kolmen foundation also. I think I spelt it wrong. Just google it and call them. Best of luck to you please keep us posted.
When you say, your DR., do you mean your GYN? I'd make an appt and talk to your GYN about your concerns around the diagnosis. MV
