possible breast cancer?

i had a baby 3 months ago. i only breastfed in the hospital and then i bound my boobs when my milk came in.
starting a month/two ago i noticed that my left nipple was suddenly inverted. its not permanent as i can pull it out but it is going in towards my breast on its own. then a few weeks ago that same nipple got really itchy, but only at times. its also redder and shinier than the other one and there is some discharge that comes from it. it also burns if i rub it. i have no fever, and my boob is not warm to the touch/red other than on the nipple.
im so scared this could be breast cancer. i dont have any lumps or anything like that. but what could this be? i am going to see the doctor but my health insurance is not effective until the first of this month, so i can't go yet or it will be classified as a pre existing condition. any suggestions?
also from time to time ive popped my montgomery glands and i heard that can cause infection.

I think it will be fine for you to wait until the first of the month .... but I do think you should make an appointment for a clinical examination for some explanation of what is producing the symptoms you describe. To address your last statement; why would you "pop" the montgomeries glands ?? These glands are a normal feature of the breast and require nothing like what you describe.   Take care and make that appointment.
