pregnant had lymph node removed now it is back..

I am 37 weeks pregnant and had an enlarged lymph node in my axilla for 5 months..I had ultrasounds that said it was a probable lymph node but to be sure and to stop worrying I decided to have it removed..it was very painful because I could not be sedated just had local and the thing was high up in my axilla..pathology came back benign reative lymph node..this was 2 months ago..well guess what either the surgeon removed the wrong one(I only felt that one)or I now have another around the same spot...I know because I am ready to deliver not to do anything now but what should I do after delivery? I don't wanna go through another painful surgery..should I have a mammogram?

Dear Renie:  As your first lymph node was benign reactive, I would do nothing until after you deliver.  Once you deliver, have it evaluated by your physician if it persists.
