problems with my right breast

I am 33 and have been to a surgen. She told me I have to have a ductalgram and then they are going to remove the ducts. My nipple started out with just white discharge then I found a lump by my nipple. After the appointment with the surgen my nipple started to bleed in the one spot. Then it started in another spot only it was clear with blood and my nipple is going inverted. I have been waiting for this ductalgram for about a month and don't know if I should start pushing a little harder to get this problem looked after.

Dear carr33:  Without evaluation, it is impossible for us to speculate on the urgency of the situation.  Certainly, if the surgeon wants the procedure done, it would seem like there should be some indication as to when.  Since you are concerned and there are changes, you might consider calling and finding out when this will be done.

I have called my surgeon and they said they are still awaiting the hospital to book me in to have the ductalgram done. then from there they will be giving me a duct removal. After this is done should they send away my ducts in for a biopsy.
