questions for mammogram report and biopsy

I am 57 years old and had a mammogram recently. They told me there is suspicious indetermine microcalcifications in my upper outer quadrant of left breast at posteriior depth.  BIRADS 4 - biopsy should be considered.   COuld you please help me with the following questions .

1. where is the exact location ? why report didn't mention 2 or 10 o'clock position ? in duct or not ?
2. what does the posteriior depth mean when it is especially upper outer , should it be close to chest wall ?
3. are this type of calcium deposits in breast any different from those at kidney or gallbladder ?
4. Do those calcium particles move along the duct ?  If yes, the location may change and or even cause pain ?  Do they ever disappear ?
5. Should I find a surgeon in major cancer center for a biopsy or  get biopsy from a local surgeon then go to major cancer center if the result is malignant ?

Thank you in advance for your help.  Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Dear yes139:  Microcalcifications are small calcium deposits found within the breast tissue. Microcalcifications in and of themselves are not a condition that would become cancerous however they can be a sign of a problem that may need further investigation based on their appearance on a mammogram.  For instance microcalcifications that are more scattered are probably due to a benign (non-cancerous) cause, a “cluster” of microcalcifications may increase concern that there may be an underlying tumor.

1. upper outer quadrant -  this is the 4th of the breast that is closest to the armpit.  You cannot visualize ducts on mammogram.
2. posterior means closer to the chest than the skin
3. see above description of microcalcifications.
4. microcalcifications are painless and do not move or disappear
5. We recommend a surgeon with some expertise in breast surgery.  In some cases, doctors affiliated with larger centers may have more specific experience due to high volumes.  Ultimately you should go where you feel comfortable.
