Hi there.

Red spots on the breast can be several things.  One condition is hematoma formation (or blood collection underneath the skin) which is brought about by trauma or insect/animal bites.  Skin infections can also present as such (bacterial or fungal infection).  New nevus can also present with a red spot which should be evaluated properly.  Malignancy can also present with a superficial red spot, however, there can be other pathologies or lesions underneath the skin.

I suggest you show these spots to your doctor for proper evaluation and management.
