regarding cancer

i am 33 year male i have pain in my left nipple and the skin around it turns red and there is white pus coming out of it and after 15 days the pain and reddness goes away this happened twice with me in 2 months of time am i suffering from chest cancer

The nipples contains glands and similar structures just like the skin of the face.If the pores get clogged and secretions accumulate, this can become infected and manifest as pimple like growth.
The chances that this is cancer are very doubtful.You should keep the area clean and wash with an antiseptic soap.Usually these types of pimples go away on their own,but if this happens again and you feel pain, redness or swelling, you should see your doctor or a dermatologist so the infection can be treated with antibiotics.
