result of ultrasound for my right breast

yesterday i did an ultrasound for my both breast as the nurse felt something on my breast and the doctor ask me to do a mammogram and an ultrasound. however the radiologist didn't encourage me to go for mammo instead she ask me to do ultra only first since i'm only 33 years old. now the radiologist report was bilateral fibroadenosis noted. there are well-defined hypoechoiec lesions measuring 0.2 x  0.55cm at 8 o'clock and 0.3 x 0.3 cm at 9 o'clock position in the right breast. they have posterior acoustic enhancement. no other mass detected. i want opinoin on what does this mean and what are the steps should i do for treatment and prevention. i'm from an asian country and i need your advice ASAP.tq.

Fibrocystic breast condition affects nearly half of all women. The lesions are either cysts (fluid filled) of Fibroadenomas which are benign breast tumors. As a rule these are just left alone and may vary in size in relation to the hormone levels in the body. If they become very large or cause considerable discomfort they can be removed surgically. There would be no specific treatment for either.  Regards .....
