routine mammograms

How often should a mammogram be done on the affected breast following a lumpectomy and radiation therapy?  I am currently taking tamoxifen and have had two bilateral and one lateral mammogram since surgery.

Dear GerryM_F:  The frequency of mammogram following definitive treatment depends primary on the physician.  In general, without symptoms, the follow up may be 6 months to one year on the affected breast and one year on the healthy breast.
