Sorry for misreading your post.
Grade 1,means that tumor cells are the slowest growing, and it's the least aggressive tumor type.
I hope that the tumor is also stage 1,which is a very early stage of breast cancer and highly curable.

Hi,
First of all,I am sorry that you have been diagnosed with BC,but with a positive attitude you can beat this disease like many of us did.
All I know about this,is that breast cancer with signet-ring cells is very rare. It's called signet ring cell carcinoma because the cells are shaped like  rings.
Apparently the presence or absence of signet cells has no real effect on the treatment plan. These cells act enough like other breast cancer cells, so standard treatment decisions are roughly the same.Stage one BC means that the cancer has not spread to your lymph nodes under the armpit, and that is a good thing.
I am sure your treating doctors can explain your pathology report in details and plan the best treatment for you.
Wishing you all the best and prompt recovery.
