skeletal metastases in left femur and tibia

My mother is 72 yrs. and 4 yrs. ago has a left breast cancer which has been treated and taken out but now has a severe pain in left knee and calvicle. A Spiral CT scan and a whole body bone scan with TC-99m MDP have been taken recently which concludes:

Scintigram demonstrates multiple zones of abnormal activity in the skull, ribs, distal right clavicle, left SI, left femur(subtrochantric) and left tibia with non-homogenous radiotracer uptake in lumbar spine.

Right humeral head is not located in its normal position.

Therefore :

1- The findings is in favor of widespread skeletal metastases with lower extremity involvement.

2- Dislocation of right humeral head.

Please help and suggest me in diagnosis and next treatments and the medication and etc.

P.S. 18 yrs. ago she had a slight head stroke affecting right side of body and 10 yrs. ago she had two heart sroke which have survived.
Now taking Letrofem tablets
