so frustating.help me....

hi, i'm 33 years female. have 1 son,6 years. live in south east asia, i'm sorry my english might confusing you.
it started on september 2013, i played badminton with my husband. then i got dislocation on my right arm. after that, every morning i felt palsy but on my left side body. and make my left breast feel uncomfort and i worried it's breast cancer or something. this discomfort feeling started from my scapula then my breast is so uncomfort too
my mom n my aunty died cause breast cancer. they refused to go to a dr. i'm so traumatic
i went to ortho dr on november, and i had rontgen. the result was spondylosis vertebrae cervical n narrow vertebrae cervical. and when i asked, if there's a problem with my cervical vertebrae why i felt uncomfort on my breast. he said it's common cause vc 5 is related with scapula n breast
last month i went to massage (during my period cycle) n the girl who massaged me said there's a little lump on my right breast. suddenly all my discomfort feeling are switched to my right side body (including scapula, armpit n my right breast)
i've checked my breast (by self breast exam) i found nothing. my 3 neighbours checked me. 1 of them have been cured from BC, 1 of them had FAM when teenage, and the other is a nurse. all of them found nothing too
i'm so frustating......i feel discomfort on my breast especially when i feel uncomfort on my scapula. sometimes bit pain on the upper, right side or lower of my right breast and sometimes on my armpit too. my right breast also bit bigger than left. is it normal? i gave my son breastfeed until 22 months.

Hi,
I am glad to know that you don't have breast cancer and thanks for sharing the good news ! :)
Now,regarding your question, there is no sure way to prevent breast cancer, but there are things that you can do to lower the risk.If you follow a healthy lifestyle, which includes exercising regularly, proper diet, avoiding junk food and other unhealthy vices,it is already a very good start.
Other than lifestyle changes, the most important thing is to be aware of any changes that you may notice in your breasts,by performing  "Breast Self Exams" monthly, after your menstruation is over, and maintain regular clinical examinations, including Mammograms or Ultrasound as recommended by your doctor, especially since you have a family history of BC.
With regular screening, breast cancer is more likely to be detected at a very early stage when it is highly curable.Early detection is "KEY" to winning breast cancer battle.
Best wishes...

Thank you for replying. I've got check on oncology hospital on Tuesday. And the result is nothing to worry. Maybe it relate with my cervical bone problem n my nerve pinch problem.
And the most important thing, all my problem started from my stress.
Cause I have 2 close family member with BC history. I wanna know how to avoid BC??
I'm 33 y, have 1 son (6 years), breastfeed my baby until 22 months, 158cm 60kgs, never drink alcohol, never smoking.
Thank you....

Hi
Pain in the breast could be caused by a wide range of reasons. From what you describe, this doesn't sound like breast cancer to me,.. Maybe the discomfort is due to Fibrocystic breast condition,a pinched nerve, bone inflammation,or pulled chest muscle due to certain exercises or strenuous activities. As you can see, the causes could be many and you really shouldn't rely on people telling you if they can feel a lump or not.Since you have a close family history of breast cancer,I would advise you to see your family doctor or preferably a Breast Specialist, regarding the swelling and the lump in your breast, that may or may not be there, for a clinical breast exam and probably other tests that your doctor may recommend to zero in on the underlying cause.
All the best ...
