sore & lumpy

my left breast is very sore, i had a breast exam and a mamogram (mammogram) on it i think im only 16 and i thin k i may have breast cancer they said it was nothing but i know its something it is very dore and very hard & lumpy. nipples have white pus like discharge only wen isqueeze it and theyre very tender and its mainly on the left one its almost another size bigger then the other one the right isnt nearly as swollen not pregnant, and or never was ... its not just growing this is not normal im so frustrated with them i jsut want to know whats wrong i know someting is pleasee someone help me tell me what to ask for anything. It hurts so bad. i would soo appriceate the help! thank you so much

You could be having these changes due to secondary stage of breast development which coincides with puberty. Did your doctor mention anything similar?

You should talk to your doctor in detail and clear out all the doubts that you have. Do not squeeze your nipples / breast too hard - a discharge would invariably be seen then. You could still ask your doctor to get a lab analysis of the discharge to help your anxiety.
