sore underam and breast area

I have had this sore under arm area into the breast area. recently i have had new symtoms (symptoms) numbness in left pinky and ring finger. I don't smoke or drink regularly. I have had nuemonia couple of times in the past 2years. When I wake up I feel all achy in my back. I also feel pressure in chest and left back ache all day. My doctor had sent me for ct, but it came back normal.
