spots on breast

I had a mamogram (mammogram) in august and the test was incomplete due to spot found on the right breast.
I had the test redone in December and I was told that things looked good. There is no difference in this test than in the previous tests that had been done over the years. Things are stable and there is no change.
What does that mean?

I'm just guessing here because there is no report to go on but perhaps there was a density on the August mammogram which could have been nothing more than some breast tissue that had folded over on itself. This happens fairly often and requires a follow-up memmogram with possibly different or magnified views. If the last mammogram showed no change from previous films then there would be no need for concern.
