surfacing veins on breast that rupture the skin

Ok one day i noticed that i had some dry wrinkly skin , like a patch of it on my breast with a huge protruding vein in it, didnt think to much of it till a couple of days later i was at my sisters house and was struck with sudden pain in my right breast. i went to the bathroom to see what was going on and my skin had tore and you could see the vein like it was right there at skin , leading from my nipple all the way up my chest, well after a couple of weeks , i noticed that i have alot of places on my breast that are kinda discolored , and my breast are very tender.. it has happened to wear the skin tears a couple of times but this last one was on my left breast and it was very painful and it has been two months and my breast has not healed yet , and the skin is so thin and frail that it is kinda peeling. i have very large breast , my bra size is a 46 DDD but i dont think that the size is the problem.. i have had big breast all my life and i am getting kinda worried . I dont have medical insurance so was trying to look on puter for answers before going to make a bill that is really hard for me to pay for.. if u have any answers they would be greatly apreciated.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Dear louellajack, Without being able to see and evaluate this it is difficult to advise over the internet.  It is best if you have this checked out as it is becoming a problem and worrying you.
