swollen arm

hi, im 24, recently i experienced pain in my right breast. it was not very severe but slight on and off pain. i got worried and went to see the general doctor, she said she doesnt feel any lump or anything. after 3 days the pain was not there but i got worried so i asked my general doctor to write me an ultrasound. yeterday i went for my ultraoundand it was normal. no cyst or mass found and no enlargement of lymph node was found. she said y lumph nodes are in normal size.but when i left the hospital i started feeling pain in my right arm, starting from my arm pit till my palms. the pain is not severe in arm pit but my biceps are painfull and it feels heavy and its uncomfortable to move my hand. i called my doctor and radiologist, they said its nothing related to anything, and there is nothing to worry. but still im worried.i did my ultrasound yesterday (15 days after my periods). is this something serious, shud i be concerned? please help.

I see no relation between the pain you describe and breast cancer or any other breast issue. This could be a simple muscle strain. You have had adequate testing which has all proven negative .... and your Dr. has come up with nothing specific but you might ask your Dr. if some mild over the counter pain medication would help with the discomfort. I see nothing to worry about here but if the pain doesn't subside in a week or two you might consider seeing a Neurologist about the possibility of a pinched nerve.   Regards ....

oh thank u.. now my swelling is not there but I still feels heavy ( but it's less than before)
but my right armpit do get sweaty more than the left one. I gave an appointment tommorow, let's c.. thanx for replying.
