swollen lymph node after biopsy

swollen lymph node after biopsy

I had a lumpectomy about a month ago for a fibroadenoma. About a week after surgery, I noticed a tender movable lump under my arm (same arm as biopsy).  Surgeon was not concerned at post op, but it is still there. It hasn't gotten any larger and I believe it might have gotten a little smaller. It is also not painful anymore. Is this normal after surgery and how long does it normally take to go down. I have to admit that I do feel it frequently and tend to obsess about it.

Thanks!
