taxol side effects

I finished chemo treatments of AC/Taxol on 10/4/07. I was put on the hormone therapy of Arimadex, which caused severe muscle and joint pain. My doctor discontinued the Arimadex and I have recently started on Femara. Since starting the horme therapy I am also experiencing tingling and numbness in both hands. My question is, is this from a side effect from the Taxol or from the hormone therapy?
