teen lump

i am only 15, and i found a lump on my right breast....around the nipple, what do i do?

Dear littlemisslulu:  Is this "lump" under the skin or on the areola (dark skin around the nipple).  If it is on the skin, these little lumps are normal.  If it is under the skin, it could be a cyst or some fibrous tissue or a variety of other things.  It is unlikely to be cancer at your age.  If you are concerned, you should make an appointment with your doctor for a breast exam, he/she should be able to help you identify normal versus abnormal lumpiness and recommend followup if necessary.
