tiny suspicious spiculated lesion

Hi i'm 35 years old, i had my mammography and th result are as follows:

BILATERAL MAMMOGRAPHY-Cranio-caudad and medio-lateral oblique views of both breast were obtained.

FINDINGS: Breast parenchymal patter is moderately dense with nodular pattern. A tiny suspicious spiculated lesion is seen in the right upper inner quadrant near nipple. This lowers the sensitivity of the examination. nipples are in profile. no abnormal microcalsifications noted. No signs of skin thickening. No axillary nodes are seen.

IMPRESSIONS:
BIRADS CATEGORY -0
MODERATELY DENSE BREAST WITH NODULAR PATTERN
SUSPICIOUS SPICULATED LESION, RIGHT UPPER INNER QUADRANT

RECOMMENDATION:
SPOT COMPRESSION RIGHT CRANIO CAUDAL AND RIGHT MEDIO LATERAL OBLIQUE
MAGNIFICATION VIEWS
SONOMAMMOGRAM
ANNUAL MAMMOGRAM

What does this mean? Im woorying right now. please help me identify this concerns.

Hi,
Your mammogram report states a BI-RADS score 0,which means that the test didn't give the radiologist enough information to make a clear diagnosis and that's why you'll need to have a follow-up image done.
All looks normal in the report, except this tiny lump that looks suspicious because of it's  irregular form,but please keep in mind that suspicious lumps may turn up to be benign also.However more tests are needed, including a biopsy,if recommended by the radiologist, to achieve a correct diagnosis.
