tram flap surgery

hi had tram flap op last july. had lots of problems since and a lot of pain when i walk i get a tightness across my stomach. i feei as if i need some kind of support around my stomach  .is this possible also always sufferd with lower back pain on my left side its know in my riightside if i lay flat i am in agony.can you tell me if this is right. my surgeon is very good and reasures me things will settle down but its been a year and i am still in a lot of pain do you think i should have a talk to my gp.i have been back in to have fat removal from breast but find the new breast still painful.and under my arm feels as if i have toilet roll under it. hopeing you can advise. thankyou.

I would think your Plastic Surgeon could help you out with the pain problem. If not then perhaps a consult at a Pain Management Clinic since this has been going on for a year.
