treatment and prognosis

I have been diagnosed with invasive ductile carcinoma with the lump measuring 2.5 cm.  My Estrogen is positive and HER2 negative.  My PET scan was clear, other than the lump.  An area of calcification in the same breast was biopsied and found to be benign.  What type of treatment after surgery do you think I will need and what would my prognosis most likely be?

Treatment will be formulated by your Oncologist using ALL the information available concerning your particular case. I would doubt Chemo since there was no lymph node inolvement but anything else would be a guess .... i prefer not to guess with only limited information.
