Dear monmon:  Your question is very difficult to interpret.  However, tumor necrosis factor - alpha (TNF) is a cytokine that assists in the communication between the immune system.  There is currently animal research looking at the role of TNF in breast cancer.  It certainly has no relevence to breast reconstruction.
