two lumps in my left breast

i had a baby nealy two years ado and soon after noticed a top on the top of my breast. i went to see a spcialist who drained it sayin it is a cyst but it came back. now it has gone bigger. i went doctors last week and she said i have one in the same place but now a new one which i had not even noticed. i am only 20 and i am really scared. my breast with the lumps also squirts out liquid if i squeeze. wat are the chances of it bein cancerous? please reply

Hi,
Removal of fluid is the usual management in case of a cyst in the breast. Cysts can come back in about 30% of cases. The treatment will be the same each time and there is no need for any further investigations.Was the cyst fluid sent to the lab the last time it was removed? What did the reports say? Having a cyst does not increase your chances of breast cancer and a breast cyst is itself a benign lesion. But if ir recurs again then you can discuss the option of a surgical excision biopsy with your surgeon. Goodluck.
